Define our Process

As part of defining our CM process we must ultimately Identify the scope of our change process and then identify:

• The Artefacts/Items we need to manage
• The Required Process/Workflow
• The Rules/Controls (Quality Gates)
• The information we want to capture
• Mechanisms to measure its success

Note: Typically we will have several flows

to manage different types of change
